Skyway Capital Markets LLC served as Managing Dealer for Dallas-based Renaissance Growth Partners (RGP) in the successful, fully subscribed $175 million capital raise for RGP Income Fund II.
The closing represents a significant milestone for RGP and its continued growth in the alternative investment marketplace. RGP Income Fund II more than triples the size of RGP Income Fund I, LP, which closed at $50 million in 2025.
As Managing Dealer, Skyway Capital Markets supported the capital formation and distribution of the offering, working alongside RGP to bring the investment opportunity to financial advisors in the alternative investment space.
“Completing a $175 million capital raise in fifteen months reflects the strength of RGP’s strategy and the confidence the marketplace has shown in the team,” said Rob Woomer, Chief Executive Officer. “We are proud to have worked alongside RGP on this successful offering and to support its continued growth.”
RGP is a private investment firm focused on acquiring and revitalizing income-generating, long-life domestic oil and gas properties through disciplined operations and vertical integration.
RGP Income Fund II completed four acquisitions during its investment period – Florentia, Copia, Fortis and CHT – representing more than 140,000 net acres across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas and Alabama, according to Brandi Van Loon, RGP co-founder and manager. Production is concentrated primarily in the Permian and Fort Worth basins.
The portfolio includes a mix of operated and non-operated assets, with the majority operated by R2Q Operating, an RGP affiliate. RGP reported that the fund carries no outstanding debt.
The successful close further demonstrates Skyway Capital Markets’ growing role in connecting alternative investment sponsors with the financial professionals and investors seeking differentiated investment opportunities.
