Skyway advised First Commerce Credit Union of Tallahassee, FL on its acquisition of most of the assets of The Citizens Bank, a community bank headquartered in Nashville, GA.
With a team led by credit union and banking veterans Russ Hunt, Skyway CEO, and Dennis Holthaus, Skyway Managing Director, this transaction marks the eighth closing of a credit union acquiring a bank where Hunt and Holthaus have advised the acquiring credit union.
