Skyway Capital Markets LLC, an award-winning investment banking firm, announces the addition of Dillan Gibbons as Associate in its Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Advisory Groups.
Dillan Gibbons joins the firm as an Associate following prior work experience in private equity as a financial analyst at Weatherford Capital in Tampa, Florida. Gibbons also gained experience as a summer analyst at Kinderhook Industries in New York City. In addition to earning a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida State University, Mr. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Gibbons’ appointment will bolster the Skyway team’s deal execution capabilities, supporting the senior bankers in all facets of deal progression, including financial and valuation analysis, industry research and client presentations, marketing, and day-to-day client management.
