Skyway announces Jim DiCesaro has rejoined the M&A practice as Senior Managing Director.
With over 25 years of Capital Markets experience, Jim returns to Skyway Capital after completing a recent assignment as an investor and advisor inside a Tampa-based biotechnology company that successfully raised capital from varied sources while simultaneously pursuing multiple strategic alternatives. After focusing primarily on strategic advisory and raising growth equity and debt for both private and public companies, he will join Skyway Capital’s M&A advisory group with a fresh perspective on creating optimal exit strategies for founder-led and family-owned businesses. His areas of specialization span multiple sectors, including healthcare/biotechnology, services, restaurants and consumer products.
Marty Traber, Chairman of Skyway, expressed his enthusiasm about DiCesaro’s return, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Jim back to the Skyway Capital Markets family. His extensive industry experience, coupled with his unique entrepreneurial perspective gained from interfacing with external stakeholders from inside a company, further fortifies our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Engineering Sciences. DiCesaro is a CFA charterholder.
