Skyway Capital Markets served as Managing Dealer for the Atlanta, Ga-based Mill Green Partners in a fully subscribed capital raise for Millgreen Opportunity Fund VIII.
The Fund will be managed by Mill Green Partners, LLC (“MGP”). MGP Opportunity Fund VIII will provide equity capital for Class A apartment development projects for seven experienced development companies.
Mill Green Partners sponsors the Mill Green Opportunity Fund series which focus on investing in Class A multifamily developments projects in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S with a select group of development partners. MGP has sponsored seven previous funds that raised approximately $270 million and invested in 29 multifamily projects. Fund VIII follows the successful close of Fund VII – which raised $80 million.
