Skyway Capital Markets served as Managing Dealer for the Atlanta, GA-based Mill Green Opportunity Fund V, raising $40.6 million.
The primary objective of the Fund is value creation through the development and stabilization of Class A multifamily real estate development properties.
The Fund is investing in the new construction of 1400 apartment units across five projects including four developments in Florida (Tampa, Destin, Panama City, Orlando) as well as Kenessaw, GA (Atlanta submarket).
