John Napoleone joined Skyway Capital Markets Wholesaling Division as Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Markets, representing Madison Capital Group, Carter Multi-Family, Mill Green and ARCTRUST private offerings.

Prior to joining Skyway, Napoleone was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Madison Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Napoleone has also served as Regional Vice President of Mid Atlantic Markets for SmartStop Asset, Vice President of Business Development for S2K Financial, and for 7 years as Regional Vice President for Realty Capital Securities-American Realty Capital. He also proudly served for 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Mr. Napoleone holds FINRA series 7, 31 and 63 licenses. He holds a BA from Arizona State University. Born in Connecticut, he currently resides in the Philadelphia area.
