Amy Arnold serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Product Development.  Throughout her career, Amy has held senior leadership positions spanning due diligence, product management, operations, compliance, marketing, relationship management, and financial professional education. She has evaluated hundreds of alternative investment offerings across a wide range of asset classes, including real estate, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), private placements, opportunity zones, energy investments, private funds, REITs, and other alternative strategies. Her experience includes both product distribution and broker-dealer platform oversight, providing a unique perspective on the challenges facing sponsors, advisors, and investors.

Prior to her current role, Amy served as Chief Due Diligence Officer and previously Senior Due Diligence Officer and Director of Research at Concorde Investment Services. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with Triloma Securities, ProEquities, BBVA Securities, and AmSouth Investment Services, where she was responsible for product due diligence, alternative investment platform management and promotion, advisor training, compliance oversight, and sponsor relations.

Amy is an active voice within the alternative investment industry and frequently participates in industry conferences, educational events, panel discussions, and speaking engagements. She currently serves as Chair of the Broker-Dealer Advisory Council for the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and is a member of the ADISA Board of Directors, helping shape industry dialogue on due diligence, product governance, advisor education, and regulatory best practices.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.
