Dillan serves as an Associate on the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team at Skyway Capital Markets. He leverages his expertise in financial analysis and transaction execution to drive value for clients. His role encompasses comprehensive deal management, from initial due diligence to closing, ensuring a seamless process that aligns with clients’ strategic objectives.

Prior to Skyway Capital, Dillan worked as an Analyst at Weatherford Capital, a private equity group in Tampa, FL. His primary focus in this role was investment analysis, investor relations, and portfolio management. Previously, Dillan gained valuable experience through multiple high-profile Private Equity and FinTech internships. Alongside these professional endeavors, Dillan made the most of his college experience, earning numerous national awards for his performance on the field, in the classroom, and in his philanthropic efforts through his nonprofit, Big Man Big Heart.

He holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Florida State University.
