Paul serves as a Vice President at Skyway Capital Markets, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising. He plays a key role in deal execution across a variety of industries – with a focus on (i) Industrial Services, (ii) Wholesale Distribution, (iii) Building Products, (iv) Telecommunications, and (v) FinTech.

Prior to joining Skyway, Paul served as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP where he performed financial statement audits for both publicly traded and privately held middle market companies.

Paul graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, with majors in Accounting and Finance. Paul holds an active CPA license in the state of Florida.
