As the Director of Business Development Bill’s role includes introducing Skyway’s offerings to new firms as well as working closely with the broker dealers that have signed selling agreements and their Financial Advisors.
Mr. Shea will service the existing relationships and grow the distribution group for the suite of offerings Skyway represents. He will provide timely information regarding the prior funds, the current offering, industry happenings, as well as working closely with each broker dealer to formulate marketing plans beneficial to each firm.
Mr. Shea has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. He began his career with MFS Investment Management and held various positions including Customer Service Representative, Internal Wholesaler and Key Account Manager. After 8 years with MFS, he joined Pacific Life as the east coast Key Account Manager responsible for maintaining the relationships of the independent and insurance broker-dealers. He then moved on to served as Account Manager for Ridgewood Securities helping the firm raise over $1 billion. Most recently Bill was the National Account Manager for Megatel Capital Investments.
Mr. Shea is a graduate of St. Michael’s College and lives in Massachusetts with his family.
