Andrew Fenton Joins Skyway Capital Markets’ Growing Investment Banking Team

Skyway Capital Markets , a Tampa, FL-based boutique investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Andrew Fenton has joined its growing team as a Managing Director. Mr. Fenton will focus on advising high yield, growth equity and real estate clients.

Andrew is an established real estate executive with almost 15 years of experience covering all aspects of the industry. He was recently a co-founder of a successfully listed REIT on the New York Stock Exchange focused on specialty industrial properties.

Prior to his REIT role, Mr. Fenton was a member of the investment team at Sorin Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on CMBS and REIT debt and equity investing. Andrew’s previous experience also includes working on the leveraged loan investment team at Macquarie focused on identifying high yield investments.

Andrew started his career at Raymond James & Associates as a member of the REIT and Homebuilding equity research team and also spent time on the REIT equity research team at Credit Suisse.
