Skyway advises South Florida’s largest credit union on bank acquisition

IBM Southeast Employees’ Credit Union (IBMSECU), the largest South Florida-based credit union, has agreed to acquire Vero Beach-based Oculina Bank. The credit union currently has one branch on the Treasure Coast, with a location in Port St. Lucie. Oculina Bank, which has $342 million in assets, has eight branches in the region, covering Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin counties.
