Phil Lorge’s responsibilities include supporting senior members of the firm, as well as executing M&A transactions, performing valuations, and conducting company research.

Prior to joining Skyway, Phil worked as an intern for two different Milwaukee-based firms in investment banking and private equity focusing on family- and founder-owned businesses.

Mr. Lorge graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Finance, Investment & Banking, and Risk Management & Insurance.
