Ran Fuchs joined Skyway to help drive the firm’s capital formation efforts in the northeastern United States, Ran has almost two decades of experience in the financial services arena; including advisory, capital raising, structuring and sales management.  He has extensive experience across a host of alternative investment structures and over his career he has personally raised over $1 Billion of equity and debt capital throughout the capital stack for an array REITs, Reg-Ds, DSTs, OZs, BDCs and VCs.

Prior to Skyway, Fuchs ran Capital Markets at IDB Capital.  Fuchs spent four years at Cantor Fitzgerald where he was focused on growing the firm’s real estate advisory business.  At Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Fuchs focused on executing the firm’s strategic capital raising needs. Mr. Fuchs spearheaded Cantor Fitzgerald’s capital raising efforts in the Northeastern United States and focused around a strategy of bringing tax advantaged investment vehicles to Family Offices, RIAs and Broker Dealers.

From November 2008 to January of 2016 Mr. Fuchs was at Realty Capital Securities where he focused on raising equity and debt capital for over 27 firms and funds.

From October 2007 to November 2008, during the height of the financial crisis, Mr. Fuchs project led the FINRA Qualification for Realty Capital Securities and the SEC S-11 process from American Realty Capital Trust, Inc. on behalf of American Realty Capital.  From October 2006 to October 2007, as an Associate in the Real Estate division, Mr. Fuchs lead the real estate analytics team for a JV between American Realty Capital and Dillon Read Capital Management, a subsidiary of UBS Bank. 

After hours Ran is focused on strengthening and supporting various 501(c)3s, including the Israeli-American Council (“IAC”), the Council of Young Jewish Presidents (“CYJP”) as well as serving on various task forces for the UJA and the Chelsea/Flat Iron community.
